Membership types

Pharmacist Member

This is our most popular membership, available to all licensed pharmacists.

Joint Pharmacist Member (for Spouses)

Enjoy a reduced rate when both spouses are pharmacist members. To take advantage of this discounted membership, please submit both applications at the same time.

New Pharmacist

Congratulations! We think you’ll love being a GPhA member, but we know you’ve got a lot of expenses when you graduate. We give new grads a deep membership discount for the first two years of their practice.

  • First year after graduation: Dues are $85
  • Second year after graduation: Dues are $167

Academician

The best way for pharmacy school faculty to exert influence public policy and post-graduation training is through being a GPhA member.

  • Licensed: Dues are $216
  • Non-licensed: Dues are $32

Emeritus (Retired) Pharmacist Member

If you’re no longer an active pharmacist and are aged 65 or over, you can enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership in GPhA, including the right to vote and hold office.

Student Pharmacist

Pharmacy students: Get all the benefits of GPhA membership but at a special student rate. (You must be enrolled in a college of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.)

Pharmacy Technician

Pharmacy technicians enjoy the same great benefits, plus membership to the Academy of Pharmacy Technicians.

Affiliate Member

Don’t fit in one of the other categories but still want the benefits of a GPhA membership? Become an Affiliate Member. Your organization will have access at the member rate. You could upgrade to a corporate partner.
