Room Reservations are now open!
We are pleased to return to the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Resort, a premier AAA Four Diamond destination island resort, with more than three miles of private beach, a full-service luxury spa, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and 36 holes of championship golf. The Omni Amelia Island is family-friendly, with plenty of fun activities for kids and adults alike. Nearby, there’s an incredible Nature Center, fishing, kayaking, and biking, as well as an on-site shopping village. The Omni also has multiple restaurants, from casual to fine dining, and 24-hour in-room dining options.
The Georgia Pharmacy Association has reserved room blocks with special rates for convention attendees. The Omni has both hotel rooms and villas available for our convention attendees. The villas are very popular with families and large groups, as they are more private but are located a short distance from the main hotel, beach, and convention center.
**An update from the Omni on March 25, 2025: The online reservation system will be offline Saturday, March 29 at 8pm and back up March 31, 9am**
Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce a Reservation System Update, scheduled to take place at the end of March. During the Update, the Reservation System will be offline, and your group attendees will briefly be unable to make a reservation.
- When is the System Update scheduled?
The upgrade will take place from 8:00 PM EST on Saturday, March 29 to 9:00 AM EST on Monday, March 31. Fortunately, Saturdays and Sundays typically have the lowest reservation volume and impact to your attendees.
What will happen during the System Update?During this time, all direct reservation methods will be offline. Both your custom group webpage and the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa website will redirect to a temporary maintenance notification, and our reservations call center will feature a recording instructing callers to contact the hotel’s front desk.
- What should your attendees do during the System Update?
For the smoothest reservation experience, we recommend that attendees make their reservations after the System is fully restored on Monday morning. Attendees are welcome to email our on-site reservations team at aireservations@omnihotels.com for assistance. We will respond to all inquiries by the end of the day on Tuesday, April 1.
- Is there a dedicated phone number for urgent reservation changes?
Yes, for guests with urgent reservation changes or those traveling within 48 hours, please contact the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa on-site Guest Services team at 904-261-6161, available 24/7.
