Set up:
Wednesday, June 11, 3-7pm & Thursday, June 12, 7am – 12pm
Open Hours:
Thursday, June 12: 2pm – 6pm with Grand Opening Reception from 3-6pm
Friday, June 13: 2pm – 6pm with Reception from 4-6pm
Move out:
Friday, June 13: 6:15pm – 9:15pm
NEW IN 2025!
Expo Hall booths may be used for individual appointments with attendees from 9am – 2pm on Friday, June 13, but Expo Hall will not be open to general attendees during those hours and booths do not need to be staffed.

What if I need to order additional services for my booth such as power, extra tables, etc.?
We are pleased to announce that Alliance Nationwide Exposition Services has been named as the official general service contractor for the 2025 Georgia Pharmacy Convention. Alliance offers an online ordering system that is user-friendly and allows you to request additional items you need for a successful event. We encourage you to use their safe and secure online ordering web site to place your order through a customized login link that will be emailed to all vendors starting on Monday, April 12. If you do not receive the email after this date, please check your Spam or Clutter filters. If you need ordering assistance or did not receive the initial ordering email, please don’t hesitate to contact Alliance Exhibitor Services.
Do I have to exhibit to sponsor?
No, you can be a sponsor without exhibiting, as well as exhibit without sponsoring. Check out the prospectus for a wide variety of sponsorship opportunities.
