Through your support, we’ve been able to achieve significant milestones in these key areas:
PharmWell
Pharmacist well-being is crucial to the sustainability of our profession. GPhF is actively involved in combatting pharmacist burnout — addressing depression, drug abuse, and the alarming rise in the rate of suicide among pharmacists. Our PharmAssist PRN initiative has been instrumental in providing vital support. We’ve assembled a dedicated team of volunteer peer-advocates to stand by and assist pharmacists on their path to recovery.
Student support
The rising costs of higher education pose challenges for aspiring pharmacists. GPhF remains steadfast in our commitment to easing this burden. We are proud to announce our ongoing efforts to award scholarships to student pharmacists. Moreover, we’ve established partnerships with financial advisors to guide and support student pharmacists and recent pharmacy graduates, offering avenues to alleviate the weight of lifelong debt.
Your generosity and support have been instrumental in driving these initiatives forward, impacting the lives of pharmacists and student pharmacists across the state.
